Jerry Kay

After leaving school I enlisted the US Air Force
with three Great class mate. After 4 years I decided to return to Warsaw and joined Charlie Burch vending Co. but it wasn't for me. Next try was with (former) United Telephone Co. that lasted 18 years. During which time I found my sole mate Jo Anne. After the Big Blizzard of "78" we sold out and moved to Florida. After bumming around for a while managing convient stores but
returned to the telephone industry installing,repairing,& collecting Payphones. But all good things come to an end (payphones). Time to retire and enjoy the sunny south.

Most memberable was the year the whole School
revolted aginst our new principle Davis when he tried to stop pep secisson before a game. As I
remember at a certin hour ALL students got up and walked out of their classes (with teachers screeming) and held a pep secisson. As I recall
two of our LARGEST students met him at his office door and (assisted) him to the top of the lockers where we (requested) a speech.

I was NEVER so proud of our class working together as a unified team even though facing
great retrabution. Which never happened and
we got our PEP secissions back and most of all
the respect of principal Davis.
